2. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel cancellation policies vary by supplier. Unless otherwise confirmed:
- 30+ days before arrival: Free cancellation or administrative charges only.
- 29–15 days: 50% cancellation fee.
- 14 days or less: 100% cancellation fee.
- Peak season bookings may have stricter conditions.
- No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
Tour Packages Policy
- 30+ days: Administrative charges may apply.
- 29–15 days: 50% cancellation fee.
- 14–8 days: 75% cancellation fee.
- 7 days or less or No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
Flights & General Terms
- Flights are subject to airline rules and cancellation/refund guidelines.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 14–30 business days after supplier confirmation.
- Bank charges and exchange losses are non-refundable.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Travel Trends Leisure is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events including weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or airline disruptions.
